History of Joe Monden Race Cars...
	Joe Monden became interested in motorsports during the late 1960's. Just a young boy, he dreamed of race cars and read as many motorsports publications as he could find. Of course the top racers of the day were the AA Fuelers that smoked the tires the entire length of the track.
	During his high school years, Joe received his chance to work on race cars in the shop of Kenny Otto. Kenny raced an Altered competitively in the A.H.R.A. and held several records. Joe loved the race track and looked forward to the day he could sit behind the wheel of a racer.	Ralph Lewis - Lewis & Collins
Lewis & Collins - Injected Ford	In the mid '70's Joe had the opportunity to work with the race team of Ralph Lewis and Mark Collins. At the time, Mark drove the teams Injected Ford Dragster. In 1976 Joe Monden got his chance behind the wheel driving the Lewis and Monden AA/DA Dragster in competition.	Lewis & Monden - AA/DA Dragster
	Over the next two years the team of Lewis & Monden had a great success rate competing throughout the Mid, South and Western United States in N. H. R. A. competition. The picture on the right is full page print from May 1977 issue of Super Stock magazine.
	The team posted very competitive performances for the time. Joe Monden remains in the record books with a 6.81 ET at 201 MPH back in 1976. This performance was worth number one qualifying position and round winning muscle.
	Joe is multi talented and can work in most any area of motorsports. One such area was the pulling tractor of tractor of Don Fenley. Six engines... what a glutten for punishment!
	Joe displays his multi talent again working with Bob Smith Coachworks on multi-million dollar FERRARIs. From there Joe became a successful Crew Chief on the competitive N.H.R.A. multi-car team of CBS Manufacturing .
	Not only does JMRC build race cars, but Joe & his guys continue to work with top race teams in all areas of drag racing at the track to help them to be the winners that they desire to be. It takes teamwork to be a winner and JMRC is here to work as a part of your team!
